DUNDEE FEDERATION OF TENANTS’ ASSOCIATIONS -Supporting DCC tenants’ rights! Come and help us!?
AGM- Tuesday 12th August 2025, 6-8pm
Central Baptist Church, Ward Road, Dundee
Dundee Council tenants are invited to our AGM-
come along and support our work!
You are invited to our Annual General Meeting which takes place in the Central Baptist Church on Ward Road on 12th August at 6pm. You will hear an update from us, from Dundee Council Housing Services as well as about tenants rights from Shelter. We also propose some constitutional changes as outlined on the reverse of this invitation to allow for provision of hybrid meetings- this is when tenants have the option of attending online, or in person depending on what suits you best.
We are also always looking for volunteer tenants to come on board and join us with our work! As part of the long-established Federation, you will receive support, training and learning opportunities, and the chance to be involved in various relevant consultations. If you are part of a tenants group then you can nominate up to 2 tenants to join our Committee.
We ask that you register in advance for this event by emailing our Acting Secretary Dorothy Leaburn on [email protected] or by phoning 01382 305718, giving details of any nominations and a note of whether you plan to attend online or in person. Some refreshments will be available so please state any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Please also state if you would like to request a paid taxi home. If you have any additional questions or issues you wish to raise at this meeting, please address these in advance to our Chair Heather Adams at the above email address.
We hope you can make it along. It is important that tenant support and consultation continues to take place as widely possible. If you have any barriers to attending this meeting, please get in touch.
Best wishes, DFTA Executive Committee
